Postdoc

We collaborating with Dr Eileen Rakovitch at the Sunnybrook Research Institute on a CIHR funded project that involves the analysis of next generation sequencing data related to the early pre-invasive forms of breast cancer.

Ideally you have a strong background in biostatistics, epidemiology and/or computational biology. Some knowledge of cancer would certainly be beneficial.

MSc

Single-cell genomics and biotechnology. Ideally the candidate would have some interest and background in genomics-related technology, and some previous training or experience in bioinformatics.  The project involves the construction assays for next generation RNA-sequencing, and applying the approach in various biological domains. Previous coursework related to genomics or biotechnology would be helpful, as would a general level understanding of bioinformatics analyses.
